NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application has been made for approval to expropriate All Right,Title and Interests (Fee Simple), a Limited Interests in Perpetuity (Permanent Easements) and a 3-year Temporary Limited Interests (Temporary Easements) in the lands described in Schedule A set out herein, registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Halton No. (20), for the municipal purpose of facilitating the construction of the William Halton Parkway (Regional Road 40) from Neyagawa Blvd. (Regional Road 4) to Third Line in the Town of Oakville (the "William Halton Parkway Project").
