William Medel Perez, 22, of Vaughan was charged with: Break and enter, theft under $5,000, possession of property ob- tained by crime over $5,000, two counts of fail to comply with probation or- der and fail to comply with recognizance. Giancarlo Falquez- Marchan, 23, of Vaughan was charged with: Theft under $5,000 and posses- sion of property obtained by crime over $5,000. Jessie Gosselin, 30, of Laval, Que., was charged with: Theft under $5,000, possession of property ob- tained by crime over $5,000, and fail to comply with probation order. Jefferson Pechon, 26, of Vaughan was charged with: Theft under $5,000, possession of property ob- tained by crime over $5,000, four counts of fail to comply with probation order and two counts of fail to comply with recog-fail to comply with recog-f nizance. Maximo Peralta Diaz, 44, of Richmond Hill was charged with: Theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000. Rodolfo Severino Gi- raldo, 29, of the Domini- can Republic was charged with: Theft under $5,000, possession of property ob- tained by crime over $5,000 and fail to comply with recognizance. All seven were held in custody pending bail hearings. Some of the charged in- dividuals have ties to Chile, Colombia, and Do- minican Republic.
