Oakville's Planning and Development Council discussed the development, which is being proposed by BEC Trafal- gar, during their Monday, June 10 meet- ing. The 1.57-hectare property is located at 3075 Trafalgar Rd., to the north-east of the Dundas Street and Trafalgar Road in- tersection. The 71-townhouse unit plan calls for two parking spaces per unit, for a total of 142 spaces; there are also nine visitor parking spaces proposed.
