Born in Borochufka, Poland on October 12, 1928, Janina and her family migrated to Canada in 1967 and she resided here in her family home in Oakville until her passing. Janina was predeceased by her husband Marian Szmigielski of 66 years as well as her parents, Kazimierz and Maria Paluch and her four siblings Lily, Bruno, Stanley and Anne. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her children Josephine (Stan) Brzozowski, Alice (Ed) Swiderski, Anne (Henry) Malek, Stan Szmigielski, Mary (Pete) Dmytruk and Lily (Rob) Kuypers. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren Christine (Gary), Jennifer (Duane), Kristin (John), Jason, Ashley, Derek, Lily-Jean, Lucas, Elyse, Josh, Jessica, Jackelyn and Corey, and remembered by her nine great- grandchildren. Janina will be deeply missed by all extended family in Poland and the many nieces and nephews here in Canada, as well as many friends. Janina loved her family dearly and they meant everything to her. She loved spending her time outdoors with nature in her garden, and looked forward to spending her summers at the cottage as the queen of the bonfires, she was always making sure she fed the birds every morning. You will be in our hearts forever and always. The family would like to extend their gratitude to the PSWs from Acclaim agency and TLC private care, your compassion and kindness was greatly appreciated. A funeral service has already taken place. HARE, Helen Neilson Helen Neilson Morrill Hare died peacefully at Oakville - Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, Oakville, at 8:05 a.m. the morning of Saturday, June 22, 2019, at the age of 95. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, the late Professor F. Kenneth Hare of the University of Toronto, she was much loved by Elissa, Robin and Julia, Jon Paul, Robert and Erin, Matt and Taryn, Riley, Carleigh, Stella, Dash, Violet, and Whiskers. Born in Montreal on July 22, 1923, Helen was a devout church member all her life, an animal lover, a chorister and, before she became ill, a hospital and helpline volunteer. Her outgoing friendliness and kindness inspired the trust and affection of all who knew her. Despite the medical problems that confined him to a hospital bed in his home for some years, he maintained a cheerful attitude and appreciated the help he received through LHIN from PSWs from March of Dimes and Paramed. Ross was a teacher and taught at JM Denyes in Milton and WM Morden in Oakville and greatly enjoyed his teaching years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Elaine and his four sons; Jim (Amy), David, Michael (Lela) and Stephen (Danielle) as well as his grandchildren; Christopher (Olivia), Emily, William, Tyson, Jesika and Joy.
