During the overnight hours be- tween Thursday, Sept. 19 and Fri- day, Sept. 20, someone approached vehicles parked on Honeysuckle Crescent, Hart Crescent, Garth- dale Court and Lakeview Drive and stole items from inside. Police said there were no signs of forced entry in any of these in- cidents, and in many cases the ve- hicle owners admitted the vehicles had been left unlocked. The stolen property included cash, electronics, identification papers, a laptop and CDs. No arrests have been made in connection with these break-ins. Officers said surveillance video managed to capture some images of a suspect; however, all that can be seen is one individual wearing dark clothing with a hooded sweat- shirt. Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to contact Halton police at 905-825- 4747 ext. 2216 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
