"Human rights is the work and respon- sibility of all members of society," says Rob Eatough, HDSB superintendent of ed- ucation. "We look forward to once again bringing educators and community part- ners together to examine important is- sues as we engage in focused learning about the rights of children." The Human Rights Symposium pro- vides an opportunity for community part- ners to come together to examine impor- tant issues and drive actionable change, added Stuart Miller, HDSB's director of education. Registration is open and the full-day conference fee, which includes breakfast, lunch, keynote presentations and work- shops, is $250.
