At around 1 a.m., a man attended a plaza on Cross Avenue, approached multiple pa- tios, destroyed chairs and upended flower- pots, a salt bin and a wooden bench. He also threw a chair at a window, how- ever, the window did not break. The suspect is described a white, 25 to 35 years old, five-foot-six with a slim build, short dark hair, a receding hairline and short, dark beard. He wore a yellow T-shirt, dark blue bas- ketball shorts, a black cross-body satchel and dark tennis shoes.
