The proposed subdivision would consist of 26 two-storey townhouses, 14 three-storey back- to-back townhouses, and 19 three- storey rear lane townhouses. The property would feature a condominium road. The developer also wants to change the maximum building height from 12 metres to 13.5 me- tres. The land is surrounded on all sides by existing semi- and single- detached dwellings with some townhouses to the east. The proposal to build so many new townhouses within an exist- ing community has many there concerned.
