With an increase in the COVID-19 vac- cine supply, Halton health officials are urging residents to get their first and sec- ond doses of the vaccine as soon as possible to help prevent a fourth wave. "We are in a race against COVID-19 and its variants. We need to get everyone fully vaccinated to avoid a fourth wave in the fall," said Dr. Hamidah Meghani, Halton Region's Medical Officer of Health.
