Don is survived by his wife, Carolyn Reilly and his three daughters Katie, Lauren and Jocelyn and dog Fergus. Don is now reunited with his precious baby boy William Henry Reilly (March 16th, 2014) in heaven. Don also leaves behind his parents Malcolm Bartlett Reilly and Monica Damant Reilly. Along with his older brother William Blair Reilly and his wife Nannette, niece Julia and nephew Jake. Brother in law Richard Drennan Todd and his wife Laura, niece Erica and nephew Andrew. Don was always committed to living a very active lifestyle which started while he was a manager, personal trainer, and spin instructor for the Mayfair Clubs. He passed on his joy of being active to his three daughters whether he was teaching them how to ride a bike, coaching Katie's hockey team, taking them roller- blading, skiing, tennis, or swimming. He was a very invested Dad who did everything in his power to always be present in every- thing they did. Whether it was dropping and picking them up at school, being there for their first day of school, driving them to their activities or to simply being there to talk. Don's family was the most important thing to him. Don had many hobbies along side his active lifestyle. He was the drummer for the band CROWE that he was a founding member of. Don and his band mates played at local venues throughout the GTA over the years. It was one of his favourite pastimes. His other love was riding his motorbike through the country roads and the Friday the 13th rides to Port Dover. The last 20 years Don worked in pharmaceutical sales beginning at Servier Canada Inc. and then most recently he worked as Associate Director of Sales at Novartis Canada. Don touched many people's lives with his intense work ethic, funny sense of humour and kind spirit. He was a favourite by many. The deep love he had for his family and friends, his zest for life, and his ability to find humour in everything served him well to the very end. He fought hard and proud through the devastating diagnosis of ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). He will be fondly remembered and cherished by all who had the good fortune to know him, and he will be forever missed deeply by his family. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Kopriva Taylor Community Funeral Home Oakville, on Monday, August 16th from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to www.supportsinai.ca. The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Mount Sinai Hospital saved our daughter Jocelyn's life and we are eternally grateful to them. The rolling stream of life rolls on. But still the vacant chair recalls the love, the voice, the smile of the one who once sat there. In my heart your memory lingers, always tender, fond and true; there's not a day, dear friend, I do not think of you.
