Ian was husband to Nancy of 62 years, and father to Michael (Nancy), Susan (Guy) and David and Grandpa to Nicole Shepherd, Sonia, Brodie and Madison Postma. Ian is survived by his sister Doreen (Robert) Dunne and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Muriel Johnson. Ian was a lifelong resident of Oakville, a Captain with the Oakville Fire Department, avid golfer, loved his sports and most of all his family. He will be greatly missed in the community.
