She is survived by her beloved daughters Anne Fuller (Nigel), Jane Garside- Foy (Bill) and Lori Garside Labelle (Bertrand). Joan was devoted to her grandchildren, Julia Schwab (Eric), Andrew Stewart (Brandi), Jessy Brown (John), Alex Makielski (Michelle), Ryan Sarfeld (Kristin) and Paul Labelle (Sonia), loving them deeply, and she adored her great- grandchildren, Madeline, Jonah, Maya, Colin, Emma, Caleb and Dylan. She is predeceased by John, her loving husband of 70 years, her darling daughter Julia Kinder, and her beloved brother Paul and parents John and Jenny Moulding (nee McDermott). She is also pre- deceased by her dear "Auntie Mamie" (Mary Languay, nee McDermott) who served as a second mother to her. In her final weeks, Joan frequently expressed that she couldn't have imagined the length and richness of her life or the many amazing, talented, wonderful people who had filled her life with so much love and meaning. She and her family are grateful to The Kensington for their compassionate staff, their care and safety provided especially during Covid, and the new friendships made there that so enriched her life. The family also wishes to thank The Oakville Hospital for the deeply compassionate care extended to Joan and her family in her final weeks. At Joan's request a funeral mass will be held at St. James Church, Oakville on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. with reception to follow at Kopriva Taylor Funeral Home, Oakville. In lieu of flowers donations to the Oakville Hospital, Tempus Choral Society or the Red Cross/Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief would be appreciated by the family. GLAZIER, Stephanie Marie (Aggett) August 11, 1939 - April 22, 2022 ------------------ We will remember a life that was full of love, generosity and compassion. Mom married the love of her life Larry (predeceased 1999) in 1960. Stephanie was a loving mom to Lisa (Randy predeceased), Paul (Heather), adored Nana to Samantha (Radek), Emma (Ray), and Spencer. Mom will be greatly missed by her life long friend Linda. Her happy place was at the cottage. We would like to thank the staff at Alexander Place for their kind care and compassion. Til we meet again...... SEILER, Nicholas Frank, CPA February 5, 1929 - April 22, 2022 ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯ A life very well lived. Nick was born to parents Nick and Mary Seiler in Windsor, Ontario. Upon graduation from Walkerville High School, he attended Queen's University, obtaining a B.Comm. He spent his summers in Alberta working in the oil fields. He returned to Windsor and married the love of his life, Betty Fenton, in 1956. He also completed his studies to become a Chartered Accountant at that time. Nick was a long-time employee with Chrysler Canada and was the Controller of the truck plant for the last part of his career. Nick was also a very active jazz saxophonist, playing for many decades both in Windsor and Detroit, accompanying many greats like Guy Lombardo, Sammy Davis Jr., and Liberace, just to name a few. Nick also owned and piloted his beloved Cessna. He would frequently fly to Stratford to visit his daughter. Nick and Betty moved to Oakville in 2012 to be closer to family as his health was declining. He leaves behind his wife Betty, his children, Lisa (Neil) of Oakville, Suzanne (Murray) of St. Marys, and Jeffrey (Daniela) of Oakville, seven grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. He loved his family with all his heart, and he will be missed. Thank you to the wonderful staff at OTMH in the emergency department and in 5 South pods 300 and 400: Dr. Lam, Dr. Massoud, nurses Amy, Chris, Daria, and Nicole, physiotherapists Monique and Blanka, and the many other medical and support staff members whose names we've forgotten or never knew. We greatly appreciate all the care you provided over the past month in trying times. Thank you also to the amazing ongoing care by Dr. McPhaden and team in the OTMH Cancer Clinic over the past few years and to family physician, Dr. Skupsky.
