In other words, you are needed and that should spur you on, just to feel that you are need- ed. Tt is vitally important to our churches to have good leader- ship in singing the glorious hymns which convey so much to the spiritual side of life. An- other excuse often heard is, "T don't want to be tied down on Sundays." What is really meant is that you would rather be tied down to your social side of lite than you would to your church.
