The Built Boundary Urban and Rural Residential Development Charges are shown on Schedule "B-1" of the By-law, the Greenfield Urban and Rural Residential Development Charges are shown on Schedule "B-2" of the By-law, the Built Boundary Urban and Rural Non-Residential Development Charges are shown on Schedule "C-1" of the By-law, and the Greenfield Urban and Rural Non-Residential Development Charges are shown on Schedule "C-2" of the By-law, all of which are attached to this notice. Lands affected This By-law applies to all lands in the geographic area of the Regional Municipality of Halton. A key map, being Schedule "A" of the By-law, is attached to this notice.
