Mr. RYKERT moved the appoirtment cf a Belect Committee, tbo consist of Hor. Mesars. Carliog, Wood, and Camsror, Messrs. McKeliar, R. W. Soott, Carric, Fiizrlimmons, X. Graham, Gibbon#, Pardee® ard the mover to examine into, and report upon the several amendments to be made in the Arscasment and Municipal Laws of this Provicco during the present ression. Mr, BOYD suggested that it might be well to connect with this motion the dog.--tax Bil!, or the Bill for the protectlion of theep, Mr, RYKERT said the hon, member « ould be at liberty to move that any bill--the dog tax bill, or any other--be referred to the canm'ttec. Mr. MoKELLAR suggeated that the word-- ing of the motion might be changed, so that all pstitions, bills, and other matters con-- ected with the Municipal and Asseesment laws, might be referred to the committee.
