The Committoe on Privileges and Elections met again yesterday to continue their invosti-- gation into the conspiracy to overthrow the Mowat Government. -- 'There was a large attend-- ance of the Committce, while the parliamentary library, where the Committeo met, was crowded. Mr. Harcourt presided. THE PRODUOCTION OF TELRGRAMS. The first witness called was Mr. H. P. Dwight, General Manager of the Great North-- Western Telegraph Company.
