Mr. PRESTON asked whether anything has been done by the Minister of Agriculture: for the past two years, towards retaining in the Province the surplus stock disposed of at the aunual sales at the Agricaltaral Farm, Hon. A. M. ROSS----Nothing has been done further than the regulation that was approved of, providing that the expenses of transport of the animais purchased at the farm shall be paid only when they are placed in the Pro-- vince. 1 do not think, though i have not made inquiry which will enable me to speak positively, that any animals have gone to the United States since the passage of that regula-- tion AGRICULTURAL FARM STOCK.
