Separate measures deal with the licenses tor manufacture and sale of liquor and the taxing of tin- ancial corporations and incorporated companies enjoying public franchises. An increased re\'enue of $100,000 is an- ticipated from the increased liquor li- cense fees and of 8200.000 from the tax on corporations, together equalling the estimated "reduction in ('rown lands re- venue.
