Rose» brigh. under the auspices Ot the Pri- .s.o.r.iers' Aid Society, _ to test the feas- ibility oi a scheme tor the treatment of iuebriates, and, although no great. success was met With. it is believcdi that by a system of medical care. and, iattention in a properly established! {home the men can be greatly bene- hted and frequently turned Into re- spectable. sober citizens. The men would be committed to these homes. and serve their sentence there, Hon. J. Jt.
