An Insinuation Repudiated, Mr. Rowell, on the orders of the day being called, took occasion to re-- pudiate an erroneous statement re-- cently published in The London Free Press, that 'the Ontario Club was the headquarters of the Liberal party, and making him personally respon-- sible for the sale of liquor at the Or. tario Club. "I presume this statement." said Mr. Rowell, "must be based upon the suggestion of the honorable member
