I Mr. Raney conttrmed the report; that the Mission site, west of Fort William, had been approved by theg Government for the company to . build its plant. Mr. Donald Hogarth: said that the Premier had said that ; the Government would insist on the company taking Hydro power. Why the right-about face? he asked. Mr..Raney, in reply, said that there was no right-about face. When the Government said that it would in- sist that the company had to take Hydro' power. said Mr, Raney. it insisted within the law.
