Teils of Cheques Received. The next cheque he received from the Government was on March 31, the amount being $27,300, and there was another cheque for $27,300 on | the same day. This latter cheque| he paid over to Grace Motors, andi received from them a . cheque for | commission for $3,813.75. He also received two cheques of $9,100 for the two trucks. His commission on the last two trucks would be about $1,100 each. He was agent for Ster-l ling trucks for his own part of Can-' ada, and had been since January 27, 1919. |_--_Up till the time he received the' Government order he believed he!
