It isi in accord with the practices of the best and possibly most of the min? mission men in this Province. but at the same time it provides nun-hin- ery by which the shipper of fruit and Vegetables may assure himself that he is getting a fair deal. "Under this act, the cointnis.sion agent must keep It record of each consignment of fruit and vegetables received and the person to whom it is sold and the amount received. This record shall be open to the shipper or his representative. In this Way the shipper will be able to satisfy', himself that he is receiving the re-- turn properly coming to him in', connection with the sale of his pro-: ducts. ' "It is further provided that it 'l, shipment is received in a damaged condition, the shipper shall be im- mediately notified and if no notice is given the shipment shall be held to have been received in a normal condition.
