A strategy session | with Cabinet members will also take | place before he is back on the floori of the House on Tuesday. | The Premier's return coincides with | the whipping into shape of the big | features of the Government's 1eai.s-| lative program. The income tax bill and the Municipal Act amendmem.s. taking away the municipalities' right | to levy such a tax are already down. | Next to come is the Government pro-- gram for refunds to those cities which are losing their old income tax reve-- nue. These refunds, it has been indi-- cated. will be authorized only for this year, with a more equitable disposal % of the revenue slated for the following years.
