In the former Premier's speech on the Budget debate there came a sharp exchange between Colonci George Drew and Hon. Dr. IL.. J Simpson, Minister of Education. 1 arose when Mr. Henry scored the department for having, as he claimed, introduced the new study courses -- providing for vocational guidance before the teachers were properly trained to give guidance to the pupils.
