Her response of, “Good luck!” wasn’t particularly helpful. That said, Stantec does have knowledge of proposed and possible routes because they are in- cluded in its Ostrander Point Wind Energy Park Con- struction Plan Report (pages 15, 16) and Preliminary Wind Turbine Transportation Plan (pages 54 to 75) dated May 2011.
