2 South Bay U.C.W. The South Marysburgh Mirror December at the Winery Considering the drought stressed summer we had, our harvest was abundant with all five varie(cid:415)es producing excellent fruit. The vineyard has now been put to bed for the winter and we have moved to inside work and wine processing. We hope to have our 2013 Pinot Noir bo(cid:425)led before Christmas and you can look forward to finally having another Pinot Gris this coming spring. It's also the (cid:415)me of year that we remember all the friends and neighbours who helped us harvest, bo(cid:425)le, cork and did many other endless jobs to get us through yet another year. To you, and all our loyal customers a sincere "thank you". Have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy peace and happiness in the new year.
