Milford Friendship Circle The first mee(cid:415)ng for 2018 was Thursday, March 1 at Margaret Crouse's home at 1:30 p.m. President Margaret opened with one of her sayings: Remember, if people talk behind your back, it means you are two steps ahead. Her Thought for the Day was another idea to think about. If we don't change, we don't grow. If we don't grow we're not really living. Seven answered roll call with "present" and considered ourselves fortunate that we could s(cid:415)ll do so. We read a very nice thank you from Steve Ferguson for our dona(cid:415)on to The South Marysburgh Mirror. We talked about our life experiences as folks are wont to do as they get older. We enjoyed Margaret's reading about an encounter between a golfer and a leprechaun. I'd love to enlighten you all on the story, but it would take too long and too much room. We contributed to our meagre funds which we will share with others later in the year. We partook of Margaret's bounteous and delicious lunch and did more reminiscing. Maureen thanked Margaret for opening her home and for an enjoyable a(cid:332)ernoon.
