We were reminded that Sherry had faithfully watered the tree when it was first planted 8 years ago. This year’s event included all the wonderful tra- ditions of Christmas. There was carol singing, sleigh rides and special visitors. Santa Lucia arrived with deli- cious gingerbread cookies for young and old and Santa brought amazing blue and orange licorice treats. And who can forget that terrific cider to warm us up. It is very exciting to see the tradition of the Mil- ford Community Christmas grow. We are truly blessed to live in a community where there is such good will and traditions can thrive. Thanks to all who brought food for the food bank!
