e South Marysbut 19] ] Regent Theatre Focus’s on Youth During the month of March the Regent Theatre will focus its LIVE presentations on the younger genera- tion. On Tuesday March 4" at noon, Tribal Produc- tions will be performing their much-acclaimed comedy “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare — Abridged for a special schools audience. This tour de force is 97-minute long and features 37 plays by the Bard performed with only 3 actors playing all the roles. This special performance is sold out but the entire community can see this contemporary comedy at 7.30pm on the same day. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for students under 18 years of age. Theatre Beyond Words, Canada’s International- ly renowned visual theatre company brings its unique pro- duction “Journey Behind The Mask”, to the Regent stage on Saturday March 22™ at 7.30pm. Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students under 18 years of age. Earlier in the day at 1pm, the company members will con- duct a special workshop. The various kinds of masks will be demonstrated and participants will have the opportuni- ty to wear the masks in guided exercises making workshop a unique experience for all ages. The cost tof the workshop is $20 and space is limited to 20 participants. Sharon Jarvis, General Manager of the Regent, *T am very excited to include these 2 unique shows in our season. Nat James has suc- cessfully lead the group for several years and is now step- ping down to hand over the reigns to a new leader that will take the group forward.
