P: and Jake went up to Milford. And after school a went up with Davis Duetta. . 6 Paw went up to Milford and took the old cow for a trive. .7 Jake and Dan cut wood down on the point. .8 Jake went up to the Black smith shop with Fly. .9 Paw and Dan draw up wood. . 10 We drawed manure back. 11 It rained most all day. . 12 Jake and Dan draw manure back. . 13 Uncle Dan & Aunt Patience come up for a visit and Paw and Tome Jake went over to Picton to the lodge. And Jake & Dan thrash three flom's of buck wheat. 14 Jake & Dan & Paw clean up Buckwheat. . 15 They finished cleaning up the Buckwheat and had. 38 bus. . 16 Cleaned up the peas and had 11 bus. . 17 Dan & Ida went over to Picton and Jake & Philip Mcreamon went over to Picton. And Paw and I cleaned up three florns of oats and there were 17 bus. . 18 Mr. Light and Misses Lighthall come down for 19 They went down to Robert Dulmage for a visit. Jan. 20 They went home and Jake and Paw went over to the creeck and got 8 gal of coal oil. And Ida and Dan went down to Selley . 21 John Minaker was up to Dan. 22 Paw and Maw went up to William Mckibbon. 23 Paw and maw come home from William H. McK1- bbon Jan. Jan. . 24 Jake went over to Picton with Philip McCrimmon and I went out to Aunt Siddy and they had just come from William H. McKibbon and said that he died about one oclock. Jan. 25 Paw and maw went up to Mr. John Starks. Jan 26 Jake and I went to the funeral it was preach to the Valley at ten Oclock and taken to Picton and put into the Vaulk. Samuel Ostrander died three oclock in the forenoon. Jan. 27 Samuel Ostrander funeral sermon was preach in the Carmon at Eleven oclock and was buried in the Valley. Jan. 28 Tom Whattam and I went to the Camival at Mil ford and James Farrington and Elizebeth & Albert & Mellissa & Jake Hyatt & Alzina & Maggie Walker was here for a visit. Jan.29 Paw and Dan went to Picton and got 1100 Ibs of coal. Jan.30 Jake got Bell shod and the clover Machine come to Joseph Whattam. We had a load and a half there and they thrash it out. Jan.31 We went up to Joseph Whattam and help him thrash his clover he had three load and had 9 1/2 bus of seed. Feb. 2 They didden to much ofa anything. Feb. 3 It was anice cold day. Feb. 4 Annie Maud went down to Mr. Minakers. Feb. 5 It was anice day. Feb.6 Paw and maw went over to Mr. Lighthall and come home on Sunday. Feb. 7 Dan went down to Willis and got the Ice boat and we Sailed around in the four noon. And in the after noon Jake and I went down to the races with it. And Dan and Ida went down to George Bongard for a visit. Feb. 9 It rain a little and Paw fixed Mary Ellen boots. Feb. 11 Paw went to Milford after his grist and Jake & Dan cut wood.
