Mar. 1 1891 It was a nice day only it was very cold. Not hardly any snow on the ground. Mar. 2 Paw & Maw went up to Uncle Saul. Mar. 3 didden do much of anything. Mar. 4 Dan & I went to Milford. It snow quite hard all day. The wind was west. Mar. 5 Paw and Dan went to Picton to Election and I went to Picton with Davis Duetta and Jake went to Picton with Philip Mcrimmon and Miller got the elec- tion. Mar. 6 Jake & Dan painted the celling in the room. Mar. 7 Paw & I took 18 brs of Wheat to Broomfield. Mar. 8 Jake clip Bell. Mar. 9 It rain all day. Ida & Dan pack up their stuf and got ready for moving. Mar. 10 Dan moved up on George Clarks place. Mar. 11 Paw took Ida up to George Clark place and maw went up with him. Mar. 12 It rain a little most all day. And there hant hardly any snow left. Mar. 13 Paw went up to Dan. It rained most all day. And in the afternoon the wind come from the west and blowed a living gale. Mar. 14 Paw was up to Dan. And him ad Dan went over to Picton and Dan got a new clock. Mar. 15 Paw & Maw come home from Dans. Mar. 16 It was a very cold day. Mar. 17 Jake draw fore load of manure. Mar. 18 Jake draw three load of manure & broke the rimer of from the slaw. Ida & Dan was down. Mar. 19 Jake got Bell shoe. Mar. 20 Geese the buggy harnest and the plough harnest. Mar. 21 Jake & I draw back three load of manure and then Annie Maud & I went up to Ida & Dan & stay all night. Mar. 23 It rain all day. Mar. 24 Jake went up to Dan to help him saw wood. Mar. 25 Paw & Maw went out to Robert Metcalf for a visit. The goose begin to lay. Mar. 26 Paw sowed some timethy & clover back. Mar. 27 Paw sowed some clover seed down on the point. Mar. 28 We draw the stack in down on the point with the sleigh. Paw sowed 1 1/2 bus of wheat on the point. Mar. 30 Paw took up a load of hay for Dan. And Jake & I cut wood in the sap bush. Mar. 31 Jake & I saw wood down on the point. Maw & Paw went out to Petter Ostranders.
