I TT 0 SOL ) Tea iy Of Robins, Rants and Restructuring Every morning since the robins have come back there has been a robin come and sit on the bell in front of my window. These are, collectively. to be administered by a County Museum Board, which will consist of a representative from each museum, together with two members of the County Council. Each museum, individually, will be operated by a local advisory committee, consisting of five volunteers, residents of the County, and will also have a "Friends of the Museum" group to assist in its operation.
