Everyone is invited to participate in an Easter Parade in Milford on Saturday, April 19th, We will begin meeting in the Town Hall parking lot at 10:30 am and plan to begin the parade at 11:00 am. Wear your most creative bonnet, cap, helmet or hat and bring along the babies in decorated strollers and tots in bunny costumes. Decorated wheelbarrows and other ad- ditions to the fun are welcome. The more the merrier as we stroll along the avenue to Mount Tabor. Transporta- tion will be available for those who wish to attend but may not be able to manage the walk. Once we have reached the end of the parade the Recreation Committee will hold an Easter Egg Hunt for the children and loonie hotdogs and refreshments will be available for everyone. In order to get the creative juices flowing, the Milford in Bloomers will be holding a Workshop to dem- onstrate some hat decorating techniques on Wednesday, April 9" at the Town Hall. The Workshop starts at 7:00 pm. We hope to see lots of people at the 7 Workshop and simply everyone in the = Greater Milford Area at the Parade. After such a long winter we de- serve some fun as we celebrate the arrival of Spring. For the Birds A fund raising benefit concert for the Prince Edward Point Bird Observatory will be held at the Mount Tabor Playhouse in Milford on Saturday April 12th, 2003 at 8:00 pm A fun filled evening of hand clapping, foot tap- ping, wing flapping entertainment is planned featuring the talents of Jeannette Arsenault, Janet Keltough, Bill Ostrander, Lenni Stewart-Wells, Paul Johnson and Suz- anne Pasternak.
