Meeting April 21st Hear ye! Hear ye! The County Renaissance Faire is holding its first community meeting on Wednesday, April 21st, at 7:30 pm at Mount Tabor in Milford. As you may have read previ- ously in The Mirror, the inaugural 'County Renaissance Faire' is going to be a great day of family fun and festivi- ties complete with music, theatre, games, food and much celebration, all in the heart of Milford. There will be artists and vendors on site as well as damsels and knights. The date of the 'faire', by the way, has been changed to Sunday, August 22nd. If you think you might like to be involved, please come out to the meeting to learn more. See you on April 21st! Trash Bash Cash! Photo Contest - See page 16 Congratulations to Milford's own fleet footed Fred. Cheered on by Freda, the Spice of his life, Fred placed 6% out of 100 in the Power Walk at the local Senior's Games in Florida. He covered the 3.1 mile course in 36 min- utes and 6 seconds. In his age group of 60 to 64 he came second and has been invited to compete in the State Senior's Games next December. Easter Parade Our 2nd Annual Easter Parade begins at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 10th. Put on your Easter bonnets, tie a bow on your strollers and wheelbarrows of flowers and begin to gather at the Milford Town Hall at 10:30. When we arrive at the Fairgrounds, there will be an Easter Egg Hunt for the chil- dren. Hot dogs and refreshments will be available for eve- ryone. Mommy's going bald!
