Notes: Lois Laura Norton, 80, of Portage, Wis., died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004 at Divine Savior Healthcare Hospital in Portage after a short illness. She was born Sept. 2, 1924, to Charles F. and Anna (Burke) Krohn in Ringwood. She married James Kenneth Norton of Hebron on Oct. 30, 1946, in Ringwood. She was preceded in death by her husband, James, on Jan. 8, 1996. Private family memorial services were at Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage, Wis.
