Notes: George J. Stastny, 79, a 48-year resident of Berwyn, died suddenly Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004, at MacNeal Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Dagmar; two sons, Peter and James; a daughter, Nancy Miller. Interment will be in Forest Home Cemetery in Forest Park.
