Notes: Robert S. Welter, 80, of McHenry and formerly of Grayslake, died Tuesday April 27, 2004, at Crystal Pines Health Center in Crystal Lake. He was born Feb. 15, 1924, in Chicago, to William and Elizabeth (Sauber) Welter. Survivors include four children. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Gilbert Catholic Church, Grayslake. Interment will be in Highland Memorial Park Cemetery in Libertyville.
