Notes: Frieda R. Lange, 69, of Crystal Lake, died Tuesday, May 11, 2004, at her home. She was born Feb. 13, 1935, in Santa Barbara, Calif., to Blanche Chapman. She married Alfred H. Lange on Aug. 22, 1953, in Chicago. Entombment will be in Covington Memorial Gardens in Fort Wayne, Ind.
