Helen T. Gondeck, 82, of Elgin, and formerly of Wonder Lake, died Friday, Dec. 31, 2004, at Sherman Hospital in Elgin. She was born Aug. 8, 1922, in Chicago, to William and Mary (Smith) Ciston. Burial will be in Our Lady of Sorrow Cemetery in Hillside.
