- Frederick T. Kukla, 63, of Lake Como, Wis., has died. Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth "Elsie" (Jurcyk) Kukla of Crystal Lake; two children, Kami (Robert) Kockler of Wauconda and Frederick (Debbie) Kukla of Plato Center. He was preceded in death by his father, Stanley Kukla.
