- Nellie Whiting, 88, of Woodstock, died Friday, May 14, 2004, at her home. She was born in Solon Mils on Aug. 19, 1915, to William and Rose (May) Staines. She married Lee Whiting on Dec. 31, 1935, in McHenry. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Woodstock.
