- Leslie J. Schwemm, 90, of Crystal Lake, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2005, at his home. He was born June 20, 1914, in Cary, to William and Sophia (Demhlow) Schwemm. On May 7, 1949, he married Dorothy Nordmann at St. Joseph Lutheran Church in Elgin. Interment will be in McHenry County Memorial Park in Woodstock.
