Notes: Dorothy E. Nyboer, 93, a longtime resident of Alden, died Monday, Dec. 27, 2004, in Brandenton, Fla.
She was born July 8, 1911, to Clarence and Ethelind Cook in Bristol, England. She moved with her family to Canada and then to the United States. On Aug. 27, 1937, she married Herman Nyboer in Rochester, N.Y.
