- Born Dec. 23, 1930, in Monmouth, Ill., she died Dec. 29 in Bloomington, Ill., from injuries suffered in an auto accident. Mrs. Leon is survived by her husband, Emanuel Martin "Lee" Leon, whom she married on Feb. 9, 1957. She was the grandmother of Robert M. Spircoff of Lake in the Hills.
