Notes: Robert L. Hooghkirk, 69, of Wheeling, died Dec. 31, 2003 at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. He was born June 7, 1934, in Chicago, to Richard and Helen (Wittusen) Houghkirk. He is survived by his wife, Violet (Reidl), whom he married Aug. 6, 1999 in Geneva, and two sons.
