Notes: Helen V. Kot, 89, of McHenry, died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, at her home. She was born June 19, 1915, in Chicago, to John and Frieda (Johnson) Anderson. On June 20, 1936, she married Henry C. Kot in Chicago. Inurnment in Acacia Park Cemetery in Chicago will be private.
