- Phyllis A. "P.J." Kielhofer, 68, of Sleepy Hollow and formerly of Des Plaines, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2005, at University of Chicago Hospital. She was born Jan. 21, 1936, in Marion. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
