- Phyllis A. "P.J." Kielhofer, 68, of Sleepy Hollow and formerly of Des Plaines, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2005, at the University of Chicago Hospitals. She was born Jan. 21, 1936, in Marion. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Kielhofer. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.
