Notes: Katherine Louise (Sanderson) Smith, 96, of Grosse Pointe, Mich., died Monday, Dec. 27, 2004. She was born April 28, 1908 in Philadelphia, to William and Katherine (Coulson) Sanderson. She married Ephraim Koch Smith on Nov. 16, 1935, in Philadelphia. He preceded her in death on Aug. 15, 1985. She was the grandmother of Brian (Kristen) Smith of Lake in the Hills. She was buried with her husband at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Mich.
